Payments once made are non-refundable, as palm reading is a personalized digital service.

• Refunds will only be issued if:

  • You are charged twice for the same transaction.

  • You made a payment but did not receive any service within 7 working days.

• No refunds will be provided once the report or reading has been delivered.
